You are an officer for the environmental protection agency (EPA). You were given the task of sampling water in a certain river. You also had to collect data from the river sampling over the past 4 years. It is suspected that a nearby factory that was built in this area in 2011 may be polluting the river water causing environmental issues. You have been asked to test for levels of phosphates, nitrates, and oxygen. The table below shows the results of your water sampling and data collection.
